1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how New Chapter Marketing LLC ("Epic Marketing Events," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit entrepreneuryacht.com or use our products and services. It applies to every visitor, whether or not you have an account. Contact: zach@epicmarketingevents.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, billing details, account details, messages you send us (including chat messages), event registration details, quiz or form answers, and anything else you choose to submit. Information from others: advertising platforms, affiliates and partners may share information such as how you found us.

How consent works on our website:

  • Visitors in California, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and any visitor whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal: our advertising and analytics tools are turned off by default, and we do not send server-side advertising events about your visit. You can turn them on at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of every page.
  • Visitors elsewhere: these tools run by default, and you can turn them off at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of every page.

To apply these defaults we look up your approximate region from your IP address using a geolocation service; that lookup sets no cookies. If the lookup is unavailable, we use your browser's time zone.

5. How we share information

We share personal information with: service providers who work for us (such as hosting, databases, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, analytics and AI providers), listed in the table below; advertising partners such as Meta and Google, only as described in Section 4; professional advisers; authorities when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety; and a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

You can opt out at any time with the "Your Privacy Choices" link or by emailing us, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, "sales" or "sharing." California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we provide them to all U.S. visitors who ask. To make a request, email zach@epicmarketingevents.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your request using information we already have and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International visitors

We are based in the United States and process information in the United States.

11. Emails

Our emails may contain small tracking pixels and tracked links so we can tell whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. You can limit this by turning off automatic image loading in your email app or by unsubscribing.

12. Consent records

When you make a choice in Your Privacy Choices, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we keep a record of the choice, the time and the version, so we can show that we honored it. This record does not include your name or email address.

13. Global Privacy Control

When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information, and we show you that the request was honored.

14. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give additional notice.
