Ticket Terms
These terms apply to The Entrepreneur Yacht on January 20, 2027.
Ticket Sales
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are transferable to another person with at least 7 days notice by email to zach@epicmarketingsummit.com.
Alcohol
Guests must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol. Valid government-issued identification may be required.
Guest Conduct
Guests are responsible for their conduct and must follow all instructions from the organizer, captain and vessel crew. Unsafe or disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.
Photography And Likeness
By attending, guests grant the organizer permission to photograph, film and record the event and to use their image, voice and likeness in event and promotional materials without additional compensation.
Vessel, Route And Safety
The organizer may change the vessel, route, schedule or experience when reasonably necessary for weather, safety or operational reasons. An equal or better replacement will be provided when the vessel changes.
Contracting Entity
The contracting entity is New Chapter Marketing LLC dba Epic Marketing Events, 33-15 28th St, Astoria, NY 11106.
